Good oral hygiene
UFSBD recommends brushing your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day – in the morning and before going to bed – for 2 minutes and flossing at least once a day to thoroughly clean the interdental spaces where bacterial plaque proliferates. Of course, it’s even better to brush your teeth after every meal or snack, or follow your dentist’s recommendations.
